and your purchase of Umngot products through the Website or Umngot’s other authorised sales channels.

By accessing the Website, placing an order, or otherwise using Umngot’s services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
The Website is intended for customers aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you may use the Website or purchase products only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Umngot currently sells food and nutrition products, initially including ghee. Product descriptions, images, ingredients, nutritional information, serving information and other product details are provided for consumer information and may be updated from time to time. The product label supplied with your order is the primary source for product-specific information.
Natural variation in colour, texture, aroma or consistency between batches does not by itself constitute a product defect.
Umngot products are food products and are not medicines or medical treatments. Information concerning nutrition, gut health, brain development, bone development, wellness or similar subjects is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice.
Individual responses to food products vary. Umngot does not guarantee a particular health outcome.
Any nutrition or health-related claim made by Umngot is intended to be made only to the extent permitted by applicable law and supported by appropriate substantiation. Nothing on the Website should be understood as a claim that an Umngot product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease or medical condition.
Parents and caregivers should use appropriate judgement regarding children’s diets and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredients, nutritional information and applicable warnings before consumption. Customers with allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions or medical conditions should seek appropriate professional advice before consuming a product.
All prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may change, but changes will not ordinarily affect orders already accepted and confirmed. Applicable taxes will be shown at checkout where required.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, Umngot may contact the customer before processing the order and offer the option to reconfirm or cancel the order.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when Umngot confirms it and/or begins processing it.
Umngot may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, pricing errors, inability to deliver, circumstances beyond reasonable control, or violation of these Terms. If Umngot cancels an order after payment, the eligible amount will be refunded.
Online payments are processed through Razorpay and may include UPI, cards and net banking, subject to availability. Payment details may be processed by Razorpay under its own terms and privacy practices.
Cash on Delivery is not available.
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation will ordinarily not be possible. Contact info@umngot.in or +91 76663 09274 as soon as possible to request cancellation. A request is not a cancellation until Umngot confirms it.
Eligible refunds are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Umngot currently delivers within India. Shipping is free for all eligible orders. Orders are generally fulfilled using Shiprocket and courier/logistics partners available through it or other authorised arrangements.
The usual delivery estimate is 5–7 business days, but actual delivery may vary by destination and circumstances outside Umngot’s reasonable control. See the Shipping and Delivery Policy for details.
Because Umngot sells food products, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind, personal preference or incorrect selection. Legitimate issues such as damaged, leaking, wrong, missing, expired or verified defective products may qualify for a refund, replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Issues must generally be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Photos and/or an unboxing video may be requested. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Promotional offers may have additional conditions, expiry dates or exclusions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined. Umngot may modify or withdraw promotions where permitted by law.
Website content, including the Umngot name and logo, photographs, graphics, text, product descriptions, videos, design and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Umngot and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit it without prior written permission.
You must not use the Website for unlawful purposes, provide false information, interfere with Website security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, commercially scrape Website content without permission, impersonate another person/entity, or otherwise misuse the Website.
The Website may use Shopify, Razorpay, Shiprocket, courier companies, analytics providers, advertising platforms and other third-party services. Such providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Umngot is not responsible for independent third-party practices except as required by law.
Umngot aims to keep the Website available and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure access. Maintenance, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umngot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from Website use or product consumption. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Umngot against claims or losses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or misuse of products. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the jurisdiction of competent consumer forums, courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Website.
Umngot may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised Last Updated date.
